The perfect lightweight woven tank, just in time for summer! Grainline's Willow Tank is our go-to breezy top, worn on its own or layered. It's a quick sew for beginners, and you'll learn basic techniques for sewing garments with woven fabric, including selecting a size, reading a pattern, cutting out your fabric, necklines and hems, and bust darts.
Difficulty: Advanced Beginner - you should be comfortable with your sewing machine and have basic sewing skills.
Cost: $120, includes paper pattern, does not include fabric and supplies.

Supplies: Fabric and notions as specified in the pattern (amount specified in the pattern for your size; prewashed and dried), good quality thread, an all-purpose sewing machine needle.
Bring your sewing machine, and a basic set of sewing notions (scissors, pins, thread, seam ripper, etc.). Sewing machines are also available to rent by the hour at an additional cost if you don't have your own (contact make 1 prior to the class to arrange rental). A detailed supply list will be sent out upon registration.
*Note: All Covid-19 precautions apply - attendance is limited to allow for adequate distancing, and each attendee will have their own workstation, tools, iron and ironing board. Masks are mandatory, and proof of vaccination is required.
