This cutter is comparable to our 45mm Quick Change rotary cutter (RTY-2/NS) but with a more attractive price point for both the new user and "collector". We set out to create a cutter that fit the needs of new quilters/crafters who may not have ever purchased a rotary cutter before - It had to fit their price range, their love of color and style, and be easy to use. And so SPLASH was born!
